Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We offer tracked shipping at a flat rate of $7 NZ wide, including rural.

For orders over $150 we offer free shipping NZ wide.

We can not ship to PO boxes as we use a courier service.

We do not hold responsibility for items lost in the post. We will send you tracking details for your enquiries.

We endeavour to ship out your orders 1-2 business days following receipt of payment. Following new releases, this may be delayed depending on volume of orders.

We can not guarantee Saturday delivery for orders placed at the end of the week, but in usual situations we would expect 2-3 days delivery depending on the destination. Rural and South Island may be slightly longer as we are based in Auckland.

Our items usually are packaged in biodegradable or recyclable packaging and we may sometimes reuse packaging to cut own waste.


RETURNS

We love our products and hope you do too!

Cloth nappies are often trial and error whereby you may need to play around with the fit and sizing of the nappy and types/numbers of inserts used to ensure they fit well and don’t leak. Don’t give up after a couple of goes!

If you have any issues with leaks, fit, smells, quality or are not happy with your product please get in touch with us first and we will endeavour to work out a solution so you can continue your cloth nappy journey.

If you are wanting to return your products for an exchange or store credit they must be unwashed, unused and in ‘as new’ condition, as they were shipped to you.

We request that customers pay and send via return signature courier within 7 days to our Auckland address (we will not complete the transaction until we have received the item), unless the item is faulty (shown by photographical evidence) we will ship out a replacement or store credit if the same item is unavailable, at our cost. If you are after an exchange you will also be required to pay signature courier shipping of the new item to your address.

We do not offer exchange or store credit on goods that were on SALE at time of purchase, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
